Dr. Jennifer Byrd
Dr. Jennifer Byrd is a graduate and proud Buckeye from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She received her degree in 1992 and began her career as an associate veterinarian with a clinic treating both large and small animals. In 1994 she moved to middle Tennessee with her husband Tim. In 2007, Dr. Byrd opened All About Animals Veterinary Clinic. She and her husband are the proud parents of two children Jake and Shannon. Dr. Byrd has owned a variety of animals over the years and today shares her home with a Shiba Inu , a laborador retriever, a Belgian Malinois, and two cats. Dr. Byrd’s work experience, at both mixed animal practices and her own companion animal practice, has afforded her the opportunity to experience and treat a variety of medical and surgical cases. This experience has taught her empathy for not only the animal being treated but the owner as well. With this experience she is able to approach each case with an open mind and develop a course of action that works for each patient as well as the patient’s family. |
